I was pleasantly surprised by the room's comfort, featuring a small balcony that enhanced our stay. The simplicity and good equipment made it perfect for a short stay. The service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location couldn't be better for exploring Palermo, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a great selection of continental and local delights. Overall, a great value for the quality of service and amenities provided.
The hotel is located in a great area with lots of restaurants and sites to see, offering lovely rooms with nice bathrooms and even a small balcony for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers excellent value for its price with clean and comfortable rooms and good shower facilities, though my room wasn't ready upon check-in. The staff were helpful in arranging a pick-up and provided insightful suggestions during our conversations. The location is very convenient, close to public transport and within walking distance of key attractions in Palermo, though earplugs might be needed. The dining experience was delightful with a typical Mediterranean buffet, but some items ran out without replacement. Overall, a cozy stay with minor room readiness issue.
The hotel room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and a 12-year-old kid was just as pictured and very clean, located in a great area with lots of restaurants and sites to see. It was nice and clean overall, but a bit dirty and falling apart in some areas.
